A Sleep Consultant's Best Sleep Aid? A Sleeping Bag!
We caught up with Gemma Coe, The Baby and Child Sleep Specialist to chat about how sleeping bags can help you all get a better night's sleep...
My best sleep aid as a sleep consultant? Sleeping bag. Absolutely! Given all the sleep products out there for newborns upwards you may think I’m mad (or just slightly boring). Hear me out. OK, so not only do these ‘wearable blankets’ look totally cute, but they are great for many practical reasons too.
To ensure safe sleep, the NHS and the Lullaby Trust recommend a room temperature of between 16-20 degrees. We also need to ensure the cot is kept completely clear of any loose bedding
Specially designed to keep newborns close, our Embrace carrier combines the softness of a baby wrap with the ergonomic comfort of our more structured carriers. A faithful companion from the moment baby arrives, the Embrace makes the transition from pregnancy to family life feel as gentle and safe as a tender embrace. You can focus on bonding with your new arrival and giving them the safety and security that is so important during this early phase of development.

Simple
Perfect for snuggling at home and convenient for quick errands, the Ergobaby Embrace is renegotiating the question of ‘wrap or carrier?’ with its distinctive design, helping both parents and babies alike adjust to life together. Its cross-shoulder straps deliver a perfect fit for multiple wearers, while the waist-belt distributes baby’s weight evenly, and handy buckles eliminate any fabric tying for ease of use.

To make Easter even more special this year why not treat your little one to an Ergobaby Doll Carrier so they can keep their favourite teddy or doll close. Every Ergobaby Doll Carrier in Clementine purchased between the 21st March until the 18th April 2022 will come with a special note that you can personalise for your little one directly from the Easter Bunny!
The Ergobaby Doll Carrier is the perfect way for children aged 18-months and older to join in with babywearing and show their best friend the love and comfort they had as a worn baby.
