Joe Wicks teams up with Babywearing Fitness Programme CARiFiT and Ergobaby
Joe Wicks (AKA “The Body Coach”) welcomed his first daughter, Indie, in July last year with his wife Rosie Jones. He is well known as a fitness coach, presenter and author, specialising in cooking and fitness and with his experience as a new father, Joe was asked by his fans about his approach to postnatal exercise. So Joe released a series of three new workout videos with parent-and-baby carrier-based fitness programme, CARiFiT.
Born in London, CARiFiT is the brainchild of Vern Hill, an ante and post-natal fitness expert and father of two. Carefully created for parents with babies aged six weeks to a year, CARiFiT workouts are fun, safe and effective. Parents can choose to attend classes live or online and full support is provided. The workouts are supported by a team of doctors, midwives, physiotherapists and Ergobaby

Ergobaby Omni 360 is a hit with mum testers at the 25th annual Mother & Baby awards
The Mother & Baby Awards celebrates the very best baby and pregnancy products. Products are tested by an army of mums whose verdicts help decide who deserves to receive the coveted rosettes. Each year hundreds of mums apply to be testers, and these are narrowed down to over 200 who are in the right stage of pregnancy or motherhood to test each product. This large team of testers means you can trust the Mother & Baby Awards 100% to make your buying decision easier.
This year the mum testers put the Ergobaby Omni 360, our all-in-one, newborn ready carrier, through it’s paces and awarded it bronze in the Best Carrier/Sling category.
Mum tester Amy told the judges “I have always struggled with babywearing,

Going where no stroller has gone before, the Metro Stroller launched from Loch Cluanie in the highlands of Scotland, rising for a little over an hour to a peak altitude of 31,066m (101,922ft), before returning to Earth beside the River Avon safe and sound.
The stroller spent around two hours on its journey into the unknown, where it faced temperatures as cold as -64.1C and reached speeds of over 200mph! And whilst a passenger may not be recommended for speeds and temperatures such as those found on a trip to space, the stroller’s ergonomic design features a soft, padded seat with advanced multi-zone support and an adjustable leg rest, meaning travellers receive a superior level of comfort here on planet Earth.
