In recognition of our back-friendly products, Ergobaby has received this accolade from the AGR for our baby carriers.
The panel of experts is made up of members from the German Association for Back Training Facilities (BdR) and the “Forum: Healthier Backs – Live Well” (Forum: Gesunder Rücken – besser leben e.V.), who recognise the proven ergonomic quality of Ergobaby products.
The ergonomic baby carriers from the Ergobaby Original, Organic, Performance, 360 and 360 Cool Air collections promote healthy childhood development, while offering parents maximum comfort.

The strict testing criteria for the AGR seal of approval was developed by independent medical and therapeutic experts in various specialist fields. The panel of experts was filled by members from the German Association for Back Training Facilities (BdR) and the association “Forum: Healthier Backs – Live Well”. A product has the chance to receive the coveted seal of approval only when the AGR’s demanding criteria have been fulfilled.
In addition to this latest award, Ergobaby had already received an accolade in the field of ergonomics: recommended by midwives, the Ergobaby carriers are also accredited as “hip-healthy” by the International Hip Dysplasia Institute.
Ergonomic for parents and children
